One of the domain on my server has too many bad links. Since I do not own the domain, I do not want to change anything in it. But is there a way I can just turn off the errors like files not found to report it to the /etc/httpd/logs/error_logs ?

You can disable the complete server error logs by customizing the httpd configuration file. You will have to comment it the Errorlog line from your http.conf file.
