I have created an Account Package that I setup to have 0 FTP and 0 Email.
When I setup a domain for that package I was still able to FTP into the account and the username mail box is present and usable.

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks

0 in cpanel terms is unlimited, plus the main account always has a mailbox and ftp, there presently is no way to disable this
