Disable/Hide Box for Non-SSL Mail Client Manual Settings

Hello,

In Mail Client Manual Settings, there are two boxes for "Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)" and "Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)"
In our server setup, we don't offer any sort of client connection without SSL.

My question is, is it possible to somehow hide the box for Non-SSL settings box?

While it is not possible to disable the non-SSL connection information, this feature request would add that ability.
