How do you disable domlogs accesslogs for domains for the entire server?

    1. Back up your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file
    2. Edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and remove all "CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com combined" lines in each VirtualHost entry
    3. Save the file and restart apache

    Hello,

On a cpanel server take the backup of the file /usr/local/apache/httpd.conf and then edit it and remove the CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com under each domains virtual host entry and this will do the trick or check the WHM tweak security for some option.

    Regards,
    Marcus

I guess you also need to remove the line in httpd.conf that refers to /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log. Otherwise if you disable custom logs all logging will continue in this file.
