Disable magic quotes in a domain

Hello. I have magic_quotes_gpc = On in global PHP.ini.

But I have upload a special PHP.ini to a domain with " magic_quotes_gpc = Off". But don't works. PHPINFO shows that is on. And also shows that is loading this new PHP.ini...

Any idea? Thanks!
