    I am attempting to disable mail forwarders.
    I am however worried that if I remove this code it will come back on an update. . .

    HTML:
    <cpanelfeature forwarders>
        <td >
    		<div valign="top" align="center">
    			<a href="mail/fwds.html"><img src="<cpanel Branding="image(forwardersemail)">" border="0" /></a><br><a href="mail/fwds.html"><cpanel langprint="EAFwdWebmail"></a>
    		</div>
    	</td>
    </cpanelfeature>
    Another Idea I had was instead to use that page mail/fwds.html and have the page list directions and/or links to the top providers pages on how to setup pop3 and/or imap import.

    like this Get mail from other accounts - Gmail Help

    Of course we would add links to yahoo, email dot com etc.

    So - my question i guess is the same

    If i change the index.html and/or the mail/fwds.html file -
    how can we make sure on a cPanel update these don't get killed.

    Cloning the theme would work I think.

    The code you posted shows this: <cpanelfeature

    Which means it can be disabled from the Feature Manager.
