Disable mailsync when transferring large accounts

I use rsync to transfer very large accounts between servers. The last time I used the transfer tool to copy just the home directory, it also used dsync/mailsync, which took a very long time. In my opinion it was unnecessary since I used rsync to transfer the files in the /home directory.

Is there any way to disable the mailsync when transferring accounts using the Transfer Tool?

The transfer tool does not, you could create a backup that excludes email and restore that. There is a feature request for this here: https://features.cpanel.net/topic/transfer-tool-option-withwithout-mail-files
