SOLVED Disable popen, proc_open from server

    How do I remove or disable popen, proc_open from the server? My software require to remove this.

    Can you verify which PHP handler you are using (e.g. suPHP, DSO)? Or, are you using PHP-FPM?

    Everything works fine now after this easy explanation.
