    Hello,

I've tried following various guides here that suggest to remove a line from /etc/rc.d/rc.local to disable securetmp but my file there doesn't have the securetmp line.

I've tried restarting and securetmp is still mounted.

    /usr/tmpDSK /tmp ext3 defaults,noauto 0 0

I want to do my own securetmp mounting so first I need to disable the cpanel one.

    How would I do so?

    Thanks

You should be able to do the following to unmount and remove securetmp partitioning:

    Code:
    umount -l /tmp
    umount -l /var/tmp
    rm -fv /usr/tmpDSK
