Disable Send welcome email globally on server

Is there any way to disable the new feature "Send welcome email with mail client configuration instructions." with a command on the whole server?

We already sending a welcome mail like this with our settings, logo and fully translated.

Well, the next time one of your clients creates an email account for someone, he's not going to have your Welcome email.

I disabled welcome email just by removing ` clientconf_manual_settings_include.html.tt `.

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern/mail
mv clientconf_manual_settings_include.html.tt clientconf_manual_settings_include.html.tt.bak

Any problem by doing that?
