disable SMTP for exim?

Simple question: how do I disable SMTP for my server?

I want to be able to receive mail with Exim, of course, but I don't want anyone to be able to send mails using my server. I am the only user and I use my ISPs SMTP server for sending mails.

Isn't there a simple way to do this?

I tried blocking port 25 with APF but it still seems to accept connections.

I've searched this forum as well but not found any suitable solutions.

Thanks

short of disabling the exim smtp in the WHM services area, you could also edit your exim.conf to refuse all outbound connections by editing exim.pl

If I do that, I don't think incoming mail will work?

How exactly? I'm a newbie with this, so a complete instruction would be great, if possible.

by the way, closing port 25 with APF also seemed to cause problems with regards to incoming mail.
