I'm getting a lot of abuse from a certain domain name (Client) and need to disable his access to send (SMTP) through our cPanel server to force him to send mail out from his ISP's SMTP.

Is there any way to restrict SMTP access per domain name? Eg: john@domain.com, jane@domain.com, foo@domain.com wouldn't be allowed to send e-mail through our SMTP.

    Thanks in advance.

Most clients sending out spam or otherwise abusive mails get suspended/terminated. He should think himself lucky to keep a cPanel account at all, and if he's going to have to send mail from his ISP, might as well receive it there, too.

Main >> Account Functions >> Modify an Account

    Max Email Accounts: 0

Of course if you still want to allow him to receive mail then that's another thing.

    Best,
    Rick
