disable sslv2 and v3 completely

    Hi,
    i want to disable sslv2 and v3 completely on my vps. i changed it on whm panel by apache configuration.. on ssllabs test page it shows sslv2 and sslv3 disabled but when i try it on my vps
    with this command " openssl s_client -connect websiteadress:443 -ssl3" im getting this

    but i want to disable this versions completely because of pci dss how can i do it ?
