    Hello,

Is it safe to disable syslogd in the services in WHM? or give this any problems?

You can turn off syslogd but why would you want to?

That in effect disables all logging all across your server and you won't be able
to tell what all is happening or what has been going on with your server or if
there is any problems or issues you need to address.
