I want to temporarily disable Tomcat, but not uninstall it. I know how to shut it down, the problem is the cPanel service that monitors and restarts certain services just comes along and restarts it. How do I edit this from restarting Tomcat for now? This would also be a good-to-know for any future services I don't want it to automatically restart.
