WHM > Service Configuration > Exim Configuration Manager, in Basic Editor, Filters tab. I think that's what you seek.

There is no option to stop SA from adding the whole report on ham emails. I looked around in the exim configuration and the ham report in forced. So there is no option to disable it.

yeah I got so far by myself. I already have setup an automated patching system for exim.conf, exim.pl and exim.pl.local, in order to automatically make changes when the exim configuration is regenerated.
