There isn't currently a supported method for this. I recommend voting and voicing your opinion in the feature request below so our developers see this is desired feature:
Autodiscover Proxy on a Per Domain Basis
I would recommend configuring it to what you need, as mentioned in the thread below:
SOLVED - AutoDiscover & AutoConfig
With that said, you can override it via userdata includes:
