Disabling autoresponse

Hello,

I like to disable all autoresponses of server, because I have problems with spams received by customers with a false from adress (eg [email protected]), and system return a autoresponse to this user@hotmail, and he send spam denunce to blacklists..

Its possible make one action to all server?
