disabling awstats for 1 account only

    one of my sites is generating too much and im getting alert emails Excessive resource usage, i would like to stop awstats logs for it , is this possible please and how ?

    As a solution you can include the following line in the /var/cpanel/users/YOUR_CPANEL_USER file:

    FEATURE-AWSTATS=0

    Then you should run the /scripts/updateuserdomains script.

    If you do not have a root access to your server, please ask your hosting provider for assistance.

    Also, you can change the following line in the /home/YOUR_CPANEL_USER/tmp/awstats/awstats.yourdomainname.com.conf file:

    LogFile="/usr/local/apache/domlogs/yourdomainname.com"

    Set a different path. For example you can use a static file under your account and new statistics will not be generated.
