    Hi,

I am installing cPanel on a fresh VPS. I won't be using emails on this one, so I thought about disabling the mail server to free some resources. I wonder if I would still receive cPanel notifications then?

    Thanks!

    Hello :)

Email alerts will not be sent out if you disable Exim.

    Thank you.

Hmm... I guess I should keep it enabled then. Thank you. :)
