I've been trying to disable a couple of DUL scores in SA.

    1.00 RCVD_IN_NJABL_DUL
    1.00 RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL

I find these tests the most annoying since so many DSL users get a 'bad' IP address.

    I've tried editing
    /usr/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf

I've tried moving the edited 50_scores to /etc/mail/spamassassin/

I've looked in local.cf, whereever I can find it.

I'm using Mailscanner (thanks Chirpy), and everything else appears to be great, but it does seem to get confusing when there are multiple places to edit things.

I'm wondering in the future if there could be ONE place we can edit these things, and delete 'extra' non-read duplicate files, so there is less confusion.

Right now though, if I could just be pointed to the right place to disable the DUL scores.

    Thanks.
    Brian

    Go on, have a guess
You should be able to edit /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and add:

    score RCVD_IN_NJABL_DUL 0
    score RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL 0

Which will disable them. It's usually best to leave stuff in /usr/share/spamassassin alone as it will get overwritten when a new version of SA comes out.
