It doesn't matter how many times I tell my customers, they still go into cPanel and create a a POP account and then also make it a forwarder, and then ask me why they have email problems.

Is there a way to prevent POPs from being added as forwarders, and forwarders from being added as POPs?

    Thank you,
    Dave

I also tell my clients that if they simply want a forwarder to point mail offsife please do NOT make a pop account unless you plan to check it and keep it clean. They think for some reason ..the very first thing they do is create these pop boxes they never check and quotas go boom!! I found a 1.9GB inbox the other day :( !!!!
