Disallow Sharing Nameserver Ips ?

Hi,

I had checked the option "Allow Sharing Nameserver Ips" in Tweak Settings, an two nameservers with the same IP.

Now I want to disallow this option (unchecking it), but the change does not take effect, every time I enter Tweak Settings this option is checked.

1) How can I disallow this option?
2) How can I disallow an ilegal nameserver that is using this feature without authorization?
