Hi i'm new here but i have my reseller WHM/cPanel own

so at every evening 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM my site is down only 1 site hosted on reseller right now.

Error is:

MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1021 - Disk full (/tmp/#sql_75399_0.MAI); waiting for someone to free some space... (errno: 28 "No space left on device")
Query:
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mybbga_users LIKE 'unreadpms'
Please contact the MyBB Group for technical support.
every day down for 2 hour but SQL error is same but query changed.

i know i have to create ticket on provider but they didn't help me.

i know it's partition is fulled how can i fix it with WHM or cPanel

Hi :),

As you are Reseller owner, you will not have server root access. You will need to contact your hosting provider to check the Disk Space issue, as /tmp is 100%.
Ask them to setup auto cleaning of /tmp to avoid this issue again.

Hello,

You won't be able to free up space on the /tmp partition if you do not have root access. You will need to have your reseller hosting provider solve the issue.

i knew it. but it's download every evening 7:11PM GMT +5 upto 3 hours

they set it i mean downtime everyday or it's just coincidence.

and it's partition fulled right because each account allow 5GB i only used 28MB

Hello,

It's difficult to know the cause of the space utilization without access to the affected system. Your provider should be able to determine the cause, or you may want to consider switching providers if they are unable to solve the issue.
