    Hi,

We're having this problem lately that when we do a restore of a backup for a site, it re-create the account with Disk Quota '0MB' or unlimited.

If the account is created manually, it set Quota fine, but only when restoring the backups. I checked the backup file and there is a file named quota inside /accouuntname/ with the proper quota info.

We've also attempted /scripts/fixquota and /scripts/resetquota and it did not help. It reset that quota back to 0MB Unlimited. Can you please guide us on how possibly to resolve this issue ?

This is running on FreeBSD 4.11 stable
    WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83
Quotas are enabled in the Kernel and have always worked fine. It is only when restoring backups it does that.

Here is the log from the restore :

This is what happens when we run /scripts/fixquota:
    ----
Resetting quota for ottawah to 0 Meg....Done
    -----

    This is the restore logs:

I'm having a similar problem, after restoring an account I cannot change the quota and it's staying at the old quota it was on the old server. I have posted a bug report but no attention has been given.

I think your problem is different from mine. My problem is the quota changes to 0MB or Unlimited. I can reset it MANUALLY back to whatever I want, but the hassle of checking what was the old quota and set them back in is overwhelming especially when doing backup/restore on large scale.

    I've tried doing:

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/upcp -force
    /scripts/fixeverything

But that did not fix the problem either.
