Disk Quota problem ???

    Hi,

    I have linux server with WHM/Cpanel and i m getting following error many times in this month so please give me why this happened ? what is the reason for it ? and howto solve this issue.

    Error :-- The system failed to return from fetching quota and disk infomation.This function cannot be used until quotas are repaired.

    I'm having a very similar problem. I had accounts stating over quota but I know for a fact they were not. I tried to run /scripts/fixquotas but it just hang. Once it actually completed all accounts came back with 0 disk usage.

    I'm running: cPanel 11.24.4-R33609 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

    HI,

    When i run the following commands ---->

    quotacheck -augvm
    /scripts/fixquotas

    I got this message "quotacheck: Scanning /dev/sda2 [/] quotacheck: Old group file not found. Usage will not be substracted." i have also check for backup file in under /home/cprestore but i did'nt get so please do needful and guide me how to prevent this serious issue because i m getting this 2-3 times in a week..
