I go on an account (any/all) and it says this for the disk space:
    Disk space:
"Disk Space Usage NA / ∞ MB"
The account should have a max of 1000MB and it won't display the account's usage or the maximum allowance, any ideas?
    Kind regards

Do you have a package assigned to the affected cPanel? If not I would try creating one.

Could be cPanel cache as well, if you have root access execute the following.
Let me know if the problem persists.

Are quotas working on the machine? Some VPS machines don't have second level quotas enabled and so quotas don't get gauged for that reason.

    Code:
    /scripts/initquotas
    /scripts/fixquotas
Also, you can check the quota partitions:

    Code:
    grep quota /etc/fstab
    mount | grep quota
    Thanks!
