    I have problems of disk space usage mismatch due cpanel is not taking into account the files of nobody (being created by apache).
    I looked an all the forum but cant find the solution to this issue.
    I can not configure suexe due it give me a lot of error 500.
    Can anybody help me?
    Thanks in advance

    The simple solution is to change the ownership of the files to their proper cPanel user.

    Code:
    find /home/cpuser/public_html -user nobody -o -group nobody -exec chown cpuser:cpuser {} \;
