I've just transfered a number of accounts from on server to another using the single copy account function in WHM.

Everything went fine, except now all the accounts have 0MB under "Disk Used" in the list accounts page. Each account's cPanel page also reports no disk useage in the left hand column, though they do show the correct usage broken down by directory when I look at the disk space usage page.

I've run /script/fixquotas and that executes fine (quotas were all correct anyway, and remain correct following script execution), but does not fix the problem. I've also turned off quota caching but that doesn't seem to make any difference either. I've found a few things on the internet where other people seem to have had the same problems, but so far have not found the fix. Does anyone know the fix for this?

    Thanks,
    Jonathon

Jon, I have the exact same problem, although mine started for no reason, as no accounts had been moved.

    Did you find a solution?
