Disk Usage Warning critical emails, but not correct

I've gotten 6 emails from my server tonight, stating that an account is reaching it's quota. For example, one said:

This account has used 96.48% (144.72/150.00 MB) of its allocated disk space.
Most of the others claimed 100%.

In WHM, though, not only are they not showing 100%, the quota is wrong, too. In the one above that stated I was at 144.72/150.00, I was actually at 1009/1500. The percent was wrong, the usage was wrong, and the quota was wrong.

What's going on? If I'm getting these errors, is there a risk that accounts will be disabled for being over quota, when they're not?
