    Hello,

    I am using cPanel 11.24.4-R34599 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9 for my WebHosting server. My problem is when I create an account with a package, the disk space stays at unlimited..

    Anyone can help me about that ?

    Charles :confused::confused::confused::confused:

    What type of HDD do you use, does it has quotas enabled?
    Try to fix it using /scripts/fixquotas and after that go to type a du -hs /home/username ....hope that helps.

    I have the same problem when I setup any account with any package the disk space shown unlimited and when I upload any file it is not counted the disk space in Cpanel always appear like this ( N/A of unlimited) , and when I installed initial quota I face this phrase " quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option." is it affect on my problem ?

    I hope to find a resolve for this and I hope you understood what I'm said because my english is not much .

    Is the file system mounted with quota support?

    We have the same problem. Yes, the file system is mounted with quota support.

    Here's a general troubleshooting guide for these sorts of issues:

    1. If this is a server running Virtuozzo, ensure quotas are enabled in the Virtuozzo Control Panel. If you are not running Virtuozzo, go to the next step.

    2. Check /etc/fstab first to make sure usrquota is enabled on the /home partition

    3. If that is okay, run /scripts/initquotas and then run /scripts/fixquotas

    4. If the issue is still unresolved, please have our technical analysts take a look at the server for you: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
