Can I distill exim.conf after edit?

If not, Can I use exim advanced editor interface via cpanel to change any config?

Using the advanced editor (WHM Home >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Advanced Editor) automatically preserves the changes to the Exim configuration file.

    Thank you.
