    Anyone have any suggestions what to do when your distributor stops responding on your support-tickets? I will not give out any name on which distributor it is, thats just not nice!:rolleyes:

    That's how you spend $1300 on nothing :)

    I did try to post a ticket to cpanel.net support yesterday, I succeeded but I cannot read the tickets later on, I have tried to reset the support password but when I try to reset I get an error that some code isn't correct, is that because I am not allowed to have support directly with Cpanel or whats wrong?
