Community, I would like to ask you about the correct deployment of Django environment + PostgreSQL on my cPanel site. I have Django site and I want to host it on cPanel.
However, I heard that using mod_python is not secure.
Could you please give me the right direction.
    Thank you!

Also, I'm digging cPanel documentation and can't find an answer to one question - why I can't see "Setup Python App" button in Software section of my cPanel?

Well, I have installed PostgreSQL with /scripts/installpostgres and configured it.

What about my last question - why I can't see "Setup Python App" button in Software section of my cPanel?

I go to Packages » Feature Manager » Edit default Feature List and see nothing related to Python. What should I do now?

Still can't understand why someone can see "Setup Python App" button in Software section. But I can't.
Is this cPanel feature? In this case why I can't use it?

So, if I correctly understood, this feature is not available for cPanel installed on CentOS7?
Very bad. I will have to transfer my Django site to an alternate hosting panel.

    Hello,

That is correct. This feature you are referring is only available on cPanel installations with CloudLinux:

    CloudLinux Documentation

    Thank you.
