DKIM: encountered the following problem validating

    Estou tentando alguns e-mail rejeitados, conferi o log exim_rejectlog:

    Por que ocorre este erro? O servidor do remetente está com configuração incorreta, ou apenas não está configurado o DKIM?

    Com base no erro que você está recebendo parece que a sintaxe da chave pública está incorreta. Se o DNS estiver hospedado no servidor cPanel (o que significa que os servidores de nomes estão apontados para o seu servidor), você pode querer tentar regenerar o DKIM, indo para cPanel >> Mail >> Mail Authentication.

    Isso não funcionará se o DNS não estiver hospedado em seu servidor, mas será necessário alterá-lo onde o DNS está hospedado.

    Based on the error you're receiving it sounds like the syntax for the public key is incorrect. If the DNS is hosted on the cPanel server (meaning the nameservers are pointed to your server) you may want to try regenerating the DKIM by going to cPanel>>Mail>>Mail Authentication.

    This will not work if the DNS is not hosted on your server though, you'll need to change it where the DNS is hosted.

    Sim, é uma VPS, o todos os serviços rodam neste servidor, inclusive, o e-mail e o DNS. Para regenerar o DKIM, eu preciso apenas desabilitar o DKIM e habilitar novamente?

    O problema persisti. Observação: o Domínio em questão, foi recriado sua zona DNS, e depois foi regenerado seu DKIM.

    Me desculpe, eu não estava claro sobre isso anteriormente, eu pensei que seu problema estava enviando. Você tem o seguinte habilitado em WHM >> Configuração de Serviço >> Gerenciador de Configuração do Exim "Rejeitar Falhas de DKIM"?

    I'm sorry I wasn't clear on that previously, I thought your issue was sending. Do you have the following enabled in WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration Manager "Reject DKIM Failures" ?

    Caso o remetente não tenha habilitado o DKIM, o e-mail será aceito?

    No, if the sender has not enabled DKIM or if the sender has an invalid DKIM they will not be able to send you mail. Can you disable that option and let me know if it resolves the issue?

    Eu não envio / recebo muito do meu servidor pessoal, então eu bloqueio pessoas que não têm um DKIM válido. Existem várias razões para você querer ou não fazê-lo, neste momento não há razão para não ter uma.

    I don't send/receive much from my personal server so I do block people who do not have a valid DKIM. There are a number of reasons why you would or would not want to do so, at this time there's no reason not to have one.

    Eu estou com esse erro tb. As chaves estão válidas de ambos domínios. Ocorre quando o cliente envia do outlook. Já fiz testes para tentar simular o erro porém não conseguir. Ele da como chave válida
