    Hi all,

I need some help with DIM, I have got a problem with my email as it goes to spam folder when I send the email. I have been contacting Yahoo who have told me about the issues they have found. They said the header that I sent them the link of mxtoolbox, they said the DKIM aren't authenticated so it will cause the spam.

    Here is the link:

The score is 8.9, I should have more than that but I have found that there is a problem with my DKIM which caused the spam.

    -0.01 DKIM_SIGNED
    -0.01 T_DKIM_INVALID
    - 1 Your DNS modifications are still not applied

Do you know what I need to fix this??

How are you setting your DKIM? On the account's cPanel > Email section > Authentication, whats it say there? Assuming there is an error shown. If yes, what happens if you select Disable, wait a moment, and Enable it again?

@Infopro What do you mean by how I am setting my DKIM?

No there is no error, here it is what it say in the cPanel > Email section > Authentication

DKIM is a means of verifying incoming email. It ensures that incoming messages are unmodified and are from the sender from whom they claim to be. This feature works to prevent incoming spam messages.

Status: Enabled Active (DNS Check Passed)

That test says, under the "Your DKIM is not valid" section:
    Please review that report again.
