    Hello,

Is the account assigned the Paper Lantern theme? If so, you should see "Your current raw DKIM record is:" beneath the DKIM section in "cPanel >> Authentication".

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? You can check with the following command:

    Code:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    Thank you.

    Hello,

I see your support ticket is still open at this time, however I did want to reference the following thread in-case you are having trouble setting up a DKIM entry at a third-party DNS provider:

    Generate 1024-bit DKIM keys

Feel free to update us with the outcome of your support ticket once it's closed.

    Thank you.
