Hello,
i have a DOMAIN.COM hosted on VPS1. Now i added VPS2 as subdomain on parent domain. (SUB1.DOMAIN.COM) by adding A entry on parent domain and it connects successfully. But the problem is that outgoing mails from VPS2 is not getting signed with DKIM. It's already enabled in cPanel of VPS2.

Here is the email header:

Authentication-Results: mta1551.mail.ne1.yahoo.com from=XXXXXXXXXXXX; domainkeys=neutral (no sig); from=XXXXXXXXXXX; dkim=neutral (no sig)

how do i fix this and get DKIM signed? thank you

Here is the header of an email sent by VPS3 (SUB2.DOMAIN.COM)

Authentication-Results: mta1097.mail.bf1.yahoo.com from=xxxxxxxxxxx; domainkeys=neutral (no sig); from=xxxxxxxxxxx; dkim=permerror (bad sig)

Hello :)

I'm not sure why DKIM would not work properly if email is coming from the same server that the TXT record is configured on (This happens automatically when you enable DKIM in cPanel). Could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.
