    Hello.
I just saw that DKIM and SPF will not be auto enabled for new subdomains.
Also, when creating a new subdomain, and a email@sub.domain.TLD, at settings you get "mail.sub.domain.TLD" and this address is not working, so i cannot configure SMTP for that address.

    Please, help?! :D

    Hello,

I've looked at the ticket and opened up a second for that second issue. The first issue for DKIM and SPF already has a case for the DKIM records as I mentioned in the ticket. That case is 60499.

The other issue for the subdomain mail.subdomain.domain.com entry not being added to the DNS zone file even though cPanel > Email Accounts > More > Configure Email Client lists mail.subdomain.domain.com for the incoming and outgoing mail server for the manual settings did not already have an open case. As such, I submitted one and the case is 60578.

    Thanks!
