    Hello! I have got multiple entries with the following message:

    The following DNS cluster members are unreachable from server:

    xxx.xx.xxx.xx

    DNS commands for these servers are currently being queued.
    If the DNS cluster members are unreachable because of a temporary
    network outage the queued commands will be automatically processed
    when connectivity is reestablished.

    To check the DNS cluster settings or disable this notification,
    visit the "Configure Cluster" interface in WebHostManager.

    https://server:2087/cgi/clusterstatus.cgi

    vent Log for xxx.xx.xxx.xx:
    lCQP9nUVsjHT3ev1sNWXhfHvo_uItHTN xxx.xx.xxx.xx "GETZONES" [started: Thu Feb 9 02:02:38 2012] [ended: Thu Feb 9 02:02:38 2012] -4 Cpanel::NameServer::Remote::cPanel: Unable to Server Error from xxx.xx.xxx.xx: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
    [phoenix.aws.lazos.cl] (Authentication failure: Server Error from xxx.xx.xxx.xx: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
    )

    What I can do?

    Hi,

    Go to WHM>> DNS cluster. There you will see the hostname of the DNS clusters. There will be caution symbol(red colour) which shows the issue. To fix this:

    You have to copy the Remote Access Key from the DNS cluster server,

    Then on the client server got to WHM>> DNS cluster

    There you will see the hostname of the DNS clusters. the click edit (under Actions)

    Paste the Copied key from the Master cluster server and overwrite it >> Save

    then click enable under "status"

    Hello,

    Yes, it's possible the remote access key has changed, at which point the instructions in the previous thread should help. Also, ensure you have no firewall or host access rules preventing the two servers in the cluster from connecting with one another.

    Thank you.
