DNS Cluster with 2dnsonly

Hello
Just wanted to know which solution is correct for setup 2dnsonly server ( ns1 and ns2 );
1)
Server1 --> DNSonly1
Server1 --> DNSonly2

2)
Server1 --> DNSonly1
DNSonly1 --> Dnsonly2
( it means dnsonly2 fetches data from dnsonly1 with cluster )

and amazing when wanted to test solution 2 I encounetered with problem and DNSonly2 didn't fetch dnszones from DNSOnly1

Personally, I would use
Server 1 -> DNSOnly 1
Server 1 -> DNSOnly2

There's less room for error here and zones are going directly from Server1 to both DNS servers.

Is it possible to sync second dnsonly to first dnsonly server ;
