DNS cluster

Hi.. I am new member here.
I have VPS account and few domain at godaddy.com

and currently 1 of ISP in my country can't open godaddy.com and all site that hosted by godaddy.com.
but using other ISP go without any problem.

If I get another VPS account and create DNS clustering to sync between them will solve this problem ? so every1 can access to my website

No it will likely not solve your issue ISP 1 will still be blocking anything hosted by godaddy ask ISP 1 why the filer go daaddy ip's ?

Hello

Either the ISP is preventing you from accessing GoDaddy's network or GoDaddy is blocking connections from that ISP. I recommend contacting both companies to determine why the traffic is filtered. A DNS cluster is not going to make a difference here.
