DNS Clustering Plesk Windows & CPANEL DNS ONLY

I would like to cluster the plesk windows dns with the cpanel dns only.

Both are using Bind.

Now I want to set the cpanel dns only bind to accept notification and initiate zone transfer from plesk windows bind.

Where is the setting (allow-notify) in cpanel dns only?(this should be defined to receive updates from other cpanel server).

of course i have plesk 9.5.2 on windows server 2008 vps and i can't find any option
