I have a quick question when making 2 servers to be dedicated DNS servers with cPanel DNS installed. When I setup the server, it demands that I put in 2 nameservers into the configuration (ns1 and ns2). However I only want this 1 server to be ns1 and the other servers to be n2.

So in the "Basic cPanel/WHM Setup" configurations, should I take out the ns2.domain.com on ns1 and leave the ns2 slot blank. And then take out ns1.domain.com on the ns2 dns servers? So each DNS servers only have 1 nameserver assigned to it?

So basically am I suppose to have it like this in the "Basic cPanel/WHM Setup":
    DNS Server 1
    Nameserver 1: ns1.domain.com

    DNS Server 2
    Nameserver 1: ns2.domain.com

or am I suppose to put both nameservers in both DNS configs like this:
    DNS Server 1
    Nameserver 1: ns1.domain.com
    Nameserver 2: ns2.domain.com

    DNS Server 2
    Nameserver 1: ns1.domain.com
    Nameserver 2: ns2.domain.com

If I do it that way, then how do I configure my own nameservers? I need to assign each nameserver and IP somehow.
