    Hello all,
I ask this here because I am afraid of messing up things on production servers :)
I was going to move from DNS master system to clustering. What I would like to do is to be able to configure some clients' servers to update their records to my main DNS without being able to change other people's records. What I thought is to setup clustering on the client machine and then set it up to "synchronize".

What happens if the client removes by a mistake all DNS zones?

    Thanks

    Stefano

    Then you're screwed

That would then be a big mess and really your own fault. To avoid this , take away root access from your clients servers, make them resellers only and remove access to dns in WHM on these servers.
If you give clients root access to their machines, do not ad anything that you might want to keep. The average iQ of a hosting client is about 20
