DNS Error

When we add external mail services dns like zoho or office 365 on cpanel account, then it will not propagate and not working. But the same will working fine on cloudflare. whats the reason for this issue.

Hey there! Is the DNS configured to use the local nameservers on the cPanel & WHM server?

yes, Website is hosted on cpanel server. when we add zoho details on cpanel dns, then it will not propagate. waited more than 7 days to complete propagate.

But when we add cloudflare dns then all are working fine.

It sounds like the DNS isn't controlled on that WHM server.

How to solve it on cpanel server.

You can't - you'll need to add the DNS to Cloudflare.

DNS not added to Cloudflare also not working. DNS server is working fine and its active on cpanel server. All the settings and the name servers configured on server is also correct. But its not propagating.
