None of those warning messages should prevent your domain name from properly resolving to the correct IP address. You can update your DNS zones to ensure the name servers in the zone match the name servers configured at the registrar.

Has your hosting provider enabled the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" option in cPanel for your account? It's documented at:

Advanced Zone Editor - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Otherwise, please report the issue to your web hosting provider so they can adjust the NS entries on your behalf.
