Using the Transfer tool the site was migrated from one server to another. There was no issues with the transfer, however the site would not come online from the new server. This is an issue with the specific site that the developer has caused but to resolve the issues the original location was unsuspended and and the DNS entries manually rolled back to get the site online. The transfer destination account was disabled so that we could review the settings prior to understanding the cause of the failure.
A month later the DNS for that site seems to have refreshed to point to the suspended destination server. Is there something in the transfer tool that could have caused this issue?
