    Hi,

    I have VPS with cPanel installed. I also have SSl certificate configured for it, installed for cPanel and WHM and everything was working until now.

    When I try to go to my VPS WHM via the hostname thor.arisu.org, it displays error saying DNS not found.

    Same goes with all the accounts hosted - especially when I use this login URL for e.g.

    domain.com/cpanel

    However using my VPS IP, or using the :2083 or :2087 (instead of /cpanel), there is no problem.

    Anyone can tell me what's the problem?

    Hello,

    I guess your server hostname isn't resolving.

    $ ping thor.arisu.org
    ping: unknown host thor.arisu.org

    Add a proper A record for thor.arisu.org!

    Thank you,
    Nibin.
