I added an A entry for ns1/ns2 and restarted BIND.

    I ran
    ./updatenow
    ./fixndc
    /scripts/fixnamed
    /scripts/fixndc

DNSStuff still shows as no good. What is the cause of this?

    It says:

Searching for A record for ns1.domain.com at l.root-servers.net: Got referral to G.GTLD-SERVERS.NET. [took 101 ms]
Searching for A record for ns1.domain.com at G.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.: Got referral to ns2.domain.com. [took 101 ms]
Searching for A record for ns1.domain.com at ns2.domain.com.: Reports that no A records exist. [took 50 ms]

    Answer:
No A records exist for ns1.domain.com. [Neg TTL=14400 seconds]

    Details:
ns2.domain.com. (an authoritative nameserver for domain.com.) says that there are no A records for ns1.domain.com.

I don't think reverse DNS has been setup for this. But, I know for sure that would not cause the problem because many of the servers do not have reverse DNS unless requested.

    My Country!!!

Yes, in my country we need Reverse DNS when reg our DOMAINS..
Just make sure the IPS given are the right ones.
Talking about that must get something done for a client!!!.
